Project Manager/Business Analyst - Agile Methodologies

Role : Project Manager cum BA for Leading US based MNC Company.Location : Mumbai/PuneExp required : 10-15 yearsSalary Budget : Upto max 25 LPAMust-Have Skills :1. Project Management : Experience in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.2. Agile Methodology : Excellence in Agile practices and principles, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and drive the team to adopt Agile practices.3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze complex data and provide solutions to business challenges.4. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.5. Leadership skills : Should have worked as Project Manager accountable for timelines and quality of deliverables for at least one full product development cycle for a new product. Should be able to motivate the team towards a common goal6. Technical Background : Knowledge of software development challenges, which can help in understanding technical constraints and possibilities.7. Industry Certifications : Certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) can be advantageous.Qualifications :- MBA or equivalent degree, with a mandatory experience of working for US healthcare industry and products- Experience in project management, especially in the healthcare industry.- Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and manage feature backlogs.- Familiarity with AI tools in a business context.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Experience in Agile development environments.- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 7 of those years specifically in a Business Analyst role.Good-to-Have Skills :1. Business Analysis Expertise : Strong skills in business requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.2. Healthcare Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and the U.S. healthcare system (Medicare and Medicaid).1. 2.
