## Role Responsibilities \u2013 Project Management\n\nManage end-to-end delivery of large/medium-scale project management initiatives across multiple towers and geographies. Ensure delivery of project outcomes within defined time, cost, and quality parameters. Oversee complex knowledge transfer processes with robust quality checks and governance. A project manager\u0027s role will be to oversee and manage projects or end-to-end processes as they move from one stage to another, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover with minimal disruption.\n\nKey responsibilities include developing detailed project management plans, coordinating with various departments and stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with policies. They act as a primary point of contact, communicate status updates, and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.\n\nCoordinating any major project-related organizational changes within the company, such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes. Analyzing any internal requests for changes and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes.\n\nFlexible to work in UK/US or overlap shifts.\n\nCore responsibilities \u2013 Project management, experience in managing transformation/automation projects will be an added advantage. (NO Scrum Masters)\n\n### Project Planning:\n\nDevelop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets for projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.\n\n### Coordination and Communication:\n\nAct as a liaison between project teams, clients, and other departments to ensure seamless execution. Manage and escalate issues as needed.\n\n### Risk Management:\n\nIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.\n\n### Stakeholder Management:\n\nCommunicate status updates, conduct governance calls, and manage relationships with internal teams and external clients.\n\n### Process and Quality Assurance:\n\nEnsure teams follow standard operating procedures, support the creation of documentation, and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.\n\n### Change Management:\n\nCoordinate and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring everything is delivered according to specifications.\n\n## Skillset Requirements\n\n * Ability to work with international stakeholders \u2013 UK, US, Spain, South Africa, and more including India.\n * Deep understanding of own subject area and broad understanding of related subject areas.\n * Handle diverse issues and lead projects that contribute to the company.\n * Manage a broad, complex portfolio of projects.\n * Lead large, globally dispersed teams across IT and business.\n * Manage projects and programs with global impact and complex business/technical challenges.\n * Define program value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline, and budget for global programs.\n * Viewed internally as a Project Management expert.\n * Monitor project performance in the Project Reporting System.\n * Conduct PM Metrics and Practices Reviews.\n * Facilitate Peer Project Reviews and Management Project Reviews.\n * Support PM Help Desk.\n\n\n\n## Requirements\n\n * Typically requires 8\u201310 years relevant experience in Banking/Healthcare.\n * Must have a minimum of 3\u20135 years of experience in Project \u0026 Program Management.\n * Preferably MS Project, Copilot experience \u0026 exceptional written skills to document RAID items \u0026 improvement plans.\n * Experience handling international (multi-geo) projects.\n * Mandatory certification in Prince 2 or PMP.\n * Exceptional understanding of BPO Project Management principles and techniques.\n * Expert proficiency in required project management information system tools.\n * Strong ability to identify, develop, and quantify corrective action plans.\n * Ability to ensure effective project controls to monitor performance.\n * Strong capability to provide performance reporting for clients and the company.\n * Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.\n * Strong ability to lead global project teams of large scope and high complexity.\n\n\n\nShift Timing: UK/US Overlap\n
