Your Key Responsibilities

• The PjQM is responsible customer interface for APQP process and managing customer quality specific requirements.


• The PjQM collaborates with SYS/SW QM, Product QM and QMPP to support a complete and systematic quality assurance plan.


• Actively contributes to risk management activity by identifying risks, creating transparency and ensuring mitigation plan availability.


• Perform Escalation within Division Quality organization (BU/PLs, CF) in case of Project/Product related deviations and/or issues


• Coach and/or Steer the project team on process adherence and quality methods and activities.


• PjQM has to conduct process adherence checks, lead PPAP audits & support other internal & external audits & assessments.


• Ensures lessons learned are considered into the project and facilitate learning culture in the project team including read-across activities with strong interaction with Product QM.

Your Qualification

• 8 years experience in automotive industry.Minimum 5 years in Quality Management.


• Bachelor of Engineering ( Electronics, Mechanical or Production ).


• Knowledge on Quality Methods, APQP, PPAP & Product development process


• Good on data analytical and strong negotaition skills


• Need to be proficient in communicating & handling cross functional global team members.
