The Client Experience team plays a pivotal role in collaborating with business development and account managers throughout the client’s journey. As one of the most substantial divisions at FE fundinfo, the Client Experience department is tasked with the effective execution of projects within the company’s portfolio. Encompassing client support, data support, GFRS, managed services and the client success team, our objective is to provide unparalleled client service. The function of Client Experience is to guarantee that our clients receive the utmost value and satisfaction from our products and services.

Your key responsibilities as a Project Quality Specialist will be to:

• Coordinating workloads and communicating priorities effectively within the Delivery Test team.
• Overseeing test phases within projects to ensure clients receive the highest quality assurance.
• Assisting with the creation of structured test plans that outline objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
• Designing and reviewing test scenarios, cases, and artefacts to ensure adherence to strategy and quality standards.
• Reporting test results, tracking defects, and collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously evaluating and improving testing processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

To join us as a Project Quality Specialist you will need the following experience and skills:

• You must have 1–3 years of Test Management experience.
• You must be fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• You should be educated to degree level or equivalent.
• You will bring good technical knowledge and a strong background in testing practices.
• You should have experience in fintech or financial services, which is beneficial but not essential.
