Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in RFID, IoT and Industrial Automation projects to independently manage complete site execution from mobilization to installation, testing, commissioning and final customer handover.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Manage complete site execution, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors and internal teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle RFID readers, antennas, tags, sensors, IoT devices and networking.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage site mobilization, manpower, materials and site readiness.

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise installation, cabling, device mounting and field integration.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate UAT/SAT, punch-point closure and customer acceptance.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage customer communication and daily project progress.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain site documentation, as-built records and handover documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor project schedule, quality, safety and timely completion.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle site-level troubleshooting and ensure smooth project execution.

  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• 
  

  5+ years of relevant site execution experience in RFID, IoT or Industrial Automation projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with RFID readers, antennas, tags, sensors, IoT devices and networking.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer coordination and project handover experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across India.

  
  


• 
  

  BE/B.Tech/Diploma in E&TC / Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical.
