Project Supervisor – Restaurant Projects

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the end -to -end execution of restaurant and hospitality projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant and hospitality projects from planning through final handover.
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
  
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and site progress.
  
• Oversee restaurant fit -outs, commercial kitchen installations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and FF&E works.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve project -related issues.
  
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining operational, safety, and quality standards.
  
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution.
  
• Manage vendor and contractor performance to achieve project objectives.
  
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
  

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  
• 5–8 years of experience in project execution, site supervision, interior fit -outs, or restaurant/hospitality projects.
  
• Strong understanding of restaurant fit -outs, commercial interiors, MEP works, and kitchen installations.
  
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem -solving skills.
  
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
