Summary
Looking
for a highly organized and proactive Project Support Executive with
experience in Telecom Project Administration, Invoicing & Finance
Coordination, Account Management, Dashboarding, and Power BI
reporting. The candidate will support project operations, financial
tracking, customer/vendor coordination, reporting, and management
governance activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key
Responsibilities
Support
end -to -end Telecom Project Administration activities across multiple
projects/accounts.
Manage
project invoicing, billing coordination, payment tracking, and
finance reconciliation activities.
Prepare
and maintain project dashboards, MIS reports, utilization reports,
and management presentations.
Develop
and maintain Power BI dashboards for project tracking, resource
utilization, cost monitoring, and KPI reporting.
Track
Purchase Orders (POs), SOWs, vendor invoices, and customer billing
milestones.
Monitor
project financials, revenue tracking, budget utilization, and cost
optimization activities.
Support
onboarding/offboarding processes, documentation management, and
compliance tracking.
Maintain
project trackers, risk logs, action items, and governance
documentation.
Coordinate
with customers and stakeholders for project updates, status reviews,
and operational support.
Support
audit activities, data validation, and reporting accuracy.
Ensure
timely submission of reports and adherence to organizational
processes and SLAs.
Required
Skills & Competencies
Strong
experience in Telecom Project Administration and Operations Support.
Hands -on
experience in Invoicing, Finance Coordination, and Account
Management.
Good
knowledge of Power BI dashboard creation and reporting.
Strong
expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Experience
in dash boarding, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
Understanding
of project lifecycle management and telecom operations.
Good
communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability
to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
