Project Technician

Job Brief

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Drawing Development
   

   • Prepare drawings from start to finish of the project.
     

   • Ensure high-quality details for schematic and working drawing stages under the guidance of the Project Lead.
     

   • Follow company drafting standards and align with design requirements.
     

2. Consultant Coordination
   

   • Coordinate with structural and service consultants for design development and execution.
     

3. Client and Site Coordination
   

   • Work with project managers to achieve required GFC (Good for Construction) deliverables in line with site requirements.
     

Personal Specification

Qualification

• Essential: Diploma or ITI course in Draftsmanship.
  

• Desirable: Knowledge of Revit, Photoshop.
  

Skills

• Essential: AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, MS Office.
  

• Desirable: Revit, Photoshop.
  

Experience

• 3 to 9 years as Draftsman in an Architectural consultancy firm.
  

• Preferably with mixed-use, large-scale project experience.
  

Behaviour

• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  

• Strong coordination skills.
