Property Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Property Manager for one of our clients in the vacation villa and hospitality space. The role involves overseeing daily villa operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and property operations.
  
• Handle guest check -ins/check -outs and ensure quality service.
  
• Conduct property inspections and ensure proper upkeep.
  
• Maintain inventories and coordinate with vendors and local teams.
  
• Handle guest feedback and resolve on -ground issues.
  
• Ensure each property meets brand standards and is guest -ready.
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property or hospitality management.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Strong problem -solving ability and customer focus.
  
• Willingness to travel between properties when required.
