Proposal Coordinator

Responsibilities:

·       Contribute to the proposal process from
production to delivery; ensure content adheres to firm strategic objectives and
MNP Digital brand standards

·       Champion best practices and guidelines
to ensure the consistent production of high quality, client focused proposals

·       Analyze request for proposal (RFP)
requirements in the development of clear and focused response strategies

·       Assist in proposal development
initiatives; assign proposal responsibilities and milestones to include
technical, graphics/marketing, and writing plans

·       Capture and contribute proposal content
for the database of project qualifications, proposals, and team member resumes

·       Develop proposal content and graphics,
as required

·       Develop proposal timelines; communicate
and maintain proposal deliverable deadlines

·       Conduct research and gather opportunity
information from multiple sources

·       Manage multiple projects ensuring
strict adherence to deadlines

·       Review quality assurance of proposal
and client documentation to ensure adherence to the firm’s quality standards

·       Ensure high quality preparation and
production of materials

·       Interact with key stakeholders and
business groups, as required, to coordinate and develop proposal content

·       Monitor, action and track proposal
requests

·       Act as a backup to other proposal team
members as required

·       Perform research related to proposal
preparation

·       Manage the proposal inbox as required

Requirements

Qualification

·       Minimum of two (2) years of related
administrative experience, experience in strategic, business or proposal
writing

·       Strong computer literacy including
effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·       SharePoint/Teams/CoPilot/CRM experience
is an asset

·       Experience in conducting research and
compiling proposal content

·       Experience in a professional services
industry is considered an asset

·       Flexibility to work overtime when
required
