As a Proposal Design - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities through market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support the largest, most strategic opportunities at current or prospective clients by providing end-to-end professional pursuit coaching, bid management, and copy-editing support. You will effectively communicate ideas, solutions, and value propositions in a written format to potential clients or stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with diverse perspectives, utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility

- Edit and produce short videos (statement videos, workshop highlights, explainer videos) using Adobe Premiere Pro.

- Design and adapt visual assets for video and multimedia projects using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Collaborating with teams to create compelling proposals that effectively communicate ideas, solutions, and value propositions to potential clients
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to engage clients and capture new business opportunities
- Providing end-to-end professional pursuit coaching and bid management support for strategic opportunities
- Managing stakeholder relationships to align proposal strategies with client needs and organizational goals
- Applying analytical thinking to evaluate and refine proposal content for clarity and impact
- Coordinating timeline planning and content editing to meet proposal deadlines and quality standards
- Leveraging creative design skills to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of proposal documents
- Supporting the development of value propositions that resonate with clients and differentiate the firm in the marketplace
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to continuously improve proposal strategies and outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Graduate / Post Graduate or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Advertising, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Consumer Studies, Design, e-Business, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Relations
- Excelling in proposal support and stakeholder management

- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

- Ability to comprehend instructions, visualize, and convert content into meaningful visual presentations

- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and value proposition development
- Utilizing creative design and content editing skills
- Navigating complex situations with critical thinking
- Building meaningful client connections through active listening and communication
- Planning timelines effectively to meet project objectives
