Proposal Executive

To keep moving towards this goal, we are currently looking for a highly-driven, detail-oriented Proposal Executive to join our team. If you have excellent project management skills, a passion for understanding business needs, and the ability to articulate these needs through formal proposals, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the proposal development process, including collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, finance, and technical teams to facilitate the creation of coherent, competitive, and compelling proposals.
• Research prospective clients and the industry sector to understand their needs and align our services to create custom-made proposals.
• Analyze Request For Proposals (RFP), Invitation For Bids (IFB), and similar call for tenders, identifying all necessary requirement and elements needed for the response.
• Monitor and manage the proposal pipeline, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of a high standard.
• Develop and maintain a database of standard proposal responses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a proposal development role in a corporate setting.
• Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
• Experience using proposal management software is a plus.
