Job Description: Primary Teacher (PRT)

Role Summary

A reputed residential school in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand is
looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Primary Teacher (Classes I &
II) to create an engaging and activity -based learning environment for young
learners. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a
child -centric teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach
  primary -grade students using activity -based learning methods.
  
• Prepare
  lesson plans, worksheets, projects, and assessments.
  
• Foster
  a positive and engaging classroom environment.
  
• Track
  student progress and communicate regularly with parents.
  
• Integrate
  art, music, dance, and creative activities into teaching.
  
• Utilize
  smart boards and digital tools to enhance learning.
  
• Participate
  in school events, assemblies, and co -curricular activities.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate in English (Mandatory)
  
• B.Ed. / NTT
  (Nursery Teacher Training) (Mandatory) / D.El.Ed 
  
• Minimum
  5 years of teaching experience in primary classes.
  
• Proficiency
  in smart board teaching and basic computer applications.
  
• Experience
  in activity -based and experiential learning methodologies.
  
• Knowledge
  of art, dance, vocal music, and creative classroom engagement preferred.
