Summary

This position serves as a Psychiatrist within the Hospital sector, dedicated to providing essential mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and formulate accurate diagnostic impressions for patients presenting with mental health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, including medication management and psychotherapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to coordinate holistic care plans that address the physical and psychological needs of patients.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

Requirements

Exhibit proficiency in operational practices, such as managing patient flow, adhering to clinical protocols, and utilizing medical documentation systems.
Have 0-1 year of relevant work experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Hold the necessary professional qualifications and licensure to practice psychiatry within the specified industry.
