Job Title: PTC Windchill PLM Data Migration Lead

Experience: 12+ Years

Job Description:

PTC Windchill PLM Data Migration Lead-Bring 14+ years of PLM experience, including at least two full end-to-end PTC Windchill PLM implementations with a major focus on data migration. Lead the complete data migration lifecycle from Siemens Teamcenter to PTC Windchill, including data profiling, extraction, transformation (ETL), loading, reconciliation, and validation.
3) Define and execute migration strategy using Windchill Bulk Migrator, ESI, Info*Engine, APIs, custom ETL pipelines, and other relevant migration toolsets.
4) Oversee data mapping activities for Parts, BOM/MBOM, Change Objects, CAD Documents, Workflows, Configurations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
5) Establish and manage data quality frameworks, including delta loads, incremental updates, reference data alignment, error handling, and reconciliation procedures.
6) Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and business stakeholders to ensure migrated data aligns with target Windchill data models, object structures, and lifecycle states.
7) Lead migration test cycles (unit, system, mock, performance), troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize migration performance for large-scale datasets.
8) Govern migration readiness, cutover planning, risk mitigation, and post-migration support as the primary data migration authority across global delivery teams.
