Publisher Acquisition Manager (Delhi/Noida)

As a Publisher Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with digital publishers. This role focuses on identifying high-potential opportunities and developing partnerships.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential mid-market publishers, arbitrage partners, and digital advertising networks, building a strong and diverse partner portfolio
• Build meaningful relationships within the affiliate and arbitrage ecosystem, actively growing your professional network through industry communities, social media, and relevant events
• Act as a trusted business partner to publishers and networks, introducing MGID’s solutions and identifying opportunities that create value for both partners and the business
• Own and drive commercial results, developing your portfolio and consistently achieving agreed revenue and margin targets

Requirements

Who you are:

• 2–3+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, affiliate marketing, or a related field
• A proactive, sales-driven mindset with the confidence to approach new partners, build connections quickly, and turn relationships into business opportunities
• Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including commercial models such as CPC, CPM, and Revenue Share, as well as how native advertising networks operate
• Hands-on experience working with digital publishers, affiliate/arbitrage partners, Facebook-based traffic businesses, or digital advertising networks
• Good understanding of the arbitrage publisher ecosystem — who these publishers are, how their monetization models work, and, importantly, where and how to identify and approach them
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to become a trusted partner within publisher and affiliate communities

Will be a plus:

• Experience with overseas markets, primarily top-tier traffic
