'- Process payments and update customer record in the data base.- Issue refund payments to customers and external partners, as needed- Handling customer complaints and resolving payment issues- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy- Address customer complaints and questions trough emails.- Keeping updated records refunds & daily cash posting- Process reimbursement forms- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

Accounting Degree / Commerce Graduate / MBA Finance
