Job Description - Purchase Executive Assistant

Job Summary

Assist the Purchase Department in sourcing, evaluating, and procuring pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Support vendor coordination, documentation, and inventory planning using clinical and pharmacological knowledge gained through Pharm.D training.

Key Responsibilities

Support the purchase team in sourcing pharmaceutical products and raw materials.
Assist in evaluating vendors and maintaining supplier relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements and stock planning.
Review product specifications, regulatory details, and documentation using clinical knowledge.
Support procurement planning to ensure timely availability of medicines and healthcare products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharm D.
Freshers can apply.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Male candidates preferred.
