Position: Purchase Executive.

Location: Patna, Bihar

Job Summary: A Purchase Executive in a retail
pharmacy drives cost -effective procurement of medicines, OTC products, and
healthcare goods. They source reliable vendors, negotiate pricing and trade
schemes, and prevent stock -outs or overstocking to optimize supply chain
efficiency and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement
  & Vendor Management: Source and evaluate pharmaceutical suppliers,
  negotiate favorable terms (credit periods, trade schemes), and process
  accurate purchase orders.
  
• Inventory
  & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent both
  stock -outs and excess stock. Revisit reorder levels and maintain optimal
  stock quantities.
  
• Regulatory
  & Quality Compliance: Ensure all procured Medicines and healthcare
  products and meet national/regional legislation and regulatory standards.
  

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma), Supply Chain Management, or
  Business Administration.
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 5+ years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical procurement
  or retail supply chain management.
  
• Skills: Strong vendor negotiation, inventory analysis, and proficiency in ERP
  software (such as SAP MM) or computerized pharmacy management systems.
