Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Overall purchase in the company including Raw material, engg items, stationary or office items etc.

Responsible for cost comparison for items before purchase.

Responsible to handle a purchase portfolio over 100crs.

Prepare necessary docs for export transactions and communicate with clients.

Dealing with various shipping mode & Freight companies for negotiations and discounts.

Requirements:

Bachelors / Master's degree in Accounts or finance. MBA Finance would be added advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent skills in negotiation.

Pleasing personality with good analytical skills

Proficient in Writing mails and MS Office

Good at working on excel

Worked on any purchase related software shall be additional advantage.

Knowledge of Import/Export.

Exp Required: 5-6 yrs. working in purchase area
