We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Python AI Engineer in Trivandrum, Kerala. Our client is a reputed organization in the IT / Software / Artificial Intelligence sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI solutions using modern AI orchestration frameworks.
  
• Build and manage multi -agent systems for workflow automation.
  
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
  
• Integrate GPT, Gemini, Llama, and other foundation models into business applications.
  
• Create API, database, and enterprise system integrations.
  
• Develop AI -powered applications, dashboards, and user interfaces.
  
• Monitor, test, tune, and optimize AI agents for reliability and performance.
  
• Prepare architecture documentation and deployment guides.
  

Required Skills

1. Python – Core development for AI applications and integrations.
   
2. LLM Development – Building enterprise -grade generative AI solutions.
   
3. RAG Architecture – Knowledge retrieval, embeddings, and vector search.
   
4. LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI – Agent orchestration and workflow management.
   
5. API Integration – Enterprise system connectivity and automation.
   

Preferred Skills

• Vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, pgvector)
  
• MLOps and AI observability platforms
  
• Modern web frameworks for AI applications
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 4–8+ years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to AI application development. Experience implementing LLM, RAG, and multi -agent architectures in production environments is highly preferred. Prior enterprise solution delivery experience is advantageous.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
  
• Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in a related domain
  
• Additional: AI/ML, Cloud, or Data Engineering certifications
