Python AI/ML Developer

Position: Python AI/ML Developer (Level III)
Location: Chennai, India
Employment Type: Hourly T&M (12 Months)

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Design, develop, and maintain Python-based AI/ML applications for Enterprise Data Management.

  
  


• 
  

  Build AI/ML workflows and automation tools for data processing and troubleshooting.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop scalable applications using FastAPI, Streamlit, and Python data libraries.

  
  


• 
  

  Implement RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and AI agent workflows.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with large datasets, SQL, and cloud platforms to support data integration and reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and provide production support.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment artifacts.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

  
  

Required Skills

• 
  

  8+ years of experience in Python development and data management.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, Streamlit, Pandas, and asynchronous programming.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with AI/ML, including RAG, embeddings, vector search, and agent orchestration (LangGraph or similar).

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of machine learning using Scikit-learn, anomaly detection, and time-series analysis.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong SQL skills; experience with Dremio is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Pytest.

  
  


• 
  

  Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

  Experience developing enterprise-scale data management or AI/ML solutions.

  Experience with cloud-based data platforms is an advantage.
