Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our growing engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong hands -on experience in Python development, a solid understanding of object -oriented design, and experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. You will collaborate closely with cross -functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high -quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high -performance Python applications.
  
• Write clean, modular, and well -documented code following best engineering practices.
  
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs using appropriate HTTP methods.
  
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end -to -end solutions.
  
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
  
• Follow version control best practices using Git and collaborative workflows.
  
• Contribute to improving development standards, tools, and processes.
  
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production environments.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  
• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development.
  
• Solid understanding of Object -Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design principles.
  
• Hands -on experience with Git and standard version control workflows.
  
• Proven experience in REST API development, including working with HTTP methods and libraries such as requests.
  
• Good problem -solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile development environment.
  

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deployment processes.
  
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized application development.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) is an added advantage.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
