Job Description - Python Developer

Hiring: Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead (Python / React)

Location: Jaipur (On -Site)

Experience: 4 to 9+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and scale high -performance applications
Contribute to system architecture and design decisions
Build robust backend services (Python) and/or frontend apps (React)
Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross -functional teams
Ensure code quality, testing, and performance optimization
Participate in DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, deployments)
Take ownership of features from development to production.

For 7–9+ years candidates (Senior / Lead):

Drive technical architecture and system design
Mentor junior and mid -level engineers
Lead critical projects and production issue resolution
Partner with stakeholders to define technical roadmap

Requirements

Required Skills

Core Skills (4+ Years)

Strong experience in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) OR React (TypeScript)
Good understanding of REST APIs & system design basics
Experience with databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / BigQuery
Familiarity with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, etc.)
Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines

Advanced Skills (Preferred for 6–9+ Years)

Experience in scalable system design & architecture
Knowledge of Domain -Driven Design / Event -driven systems
Hands -on with Cloud (AWS / GCP)
Experience with Docker, Terraform, ECS Fargate
Strong debugging & production support experience
