Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Technical Lead / Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python Full Stack Development, TypeScript, and modern software architecture principles, along with a strong focus on engineering excellence, code quality, and AI-driven software development practices.

The candidate will be responsible for defining technical direction, mentoring engineering teams, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and secure full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript technologies.


• Lead end-to-end software development activities, including requirements analysis, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and support.


• Drive technical decision-making and establish best practices for software architecture, coding standards, and development processes.


• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.


• Review application architecture and code to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance.


• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code reviews, GitHub pull request workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.


• Drive adoption and effective utilization of AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.


• Lead proof-of-concepts, technology evaluations, and innovation initiatives.


• Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure successful project delivery.


• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

• Strong expertise in Python and modern Python frameworks.


• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.


• Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.

Frontend Development

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.


• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies.


• Strong understanding of responsive web application development.

Architecture & Engineering

• Experience designing enterprise-scale distributed applications.


• Strong knowledge of application architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.


• Experience with cloud-native application development.


• Expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

DevOps & Development Practices

• Strong experience with GitHub, pull request reviews, branching strategies, and code quality processes.


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.


• Familiarity with containerization and cloud deployment technologies.

AI-Driven Engineering

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools and workflows.


• Experience driving AI adoption within engineering teams.


• Ability to leverage AI technologies to improve developer productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.

Leadership Expectations

• Lead and mentor engineering teams across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.


• 10+ years of experience in software development with significant experience in full-stack application development.


• Proven experience in Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect roles.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.


• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.


• Exposure to modern DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.


• Experience working in product engineering environments.


• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and AI-powered software engineering platforms.
