Python Technical Lead

Job Role: Python Technical Lead

No. of years of Relevant Exp.:  6 to 9 Yrs

Skillset Required:

Technical:

- Strong Python Programming skill, Data Library (Numpy/Pandas), DB (SQL/NoSQL) & Messaging (Redis/Kafka) Skills

- Must have experience in building web applications and SOA (micro services) based large scale setups

- Experience with architecting systems for AWS is a plus.

- Expertise in Linux.

- Good knowledge of distributed technologies, real-time systems of high throughput, low latency, and highly scalable systems.

- Good knowledge of Expert level knowledge of Data Sources from RDBMS to NoSQL ( MySQL, Redis)

Non-Technical:
- Strong Logical & Analytical skills with good soft & communication skills

- Proven Experience in managing a small sized team

- Minimum 1 year of team management experience expected

- Preferred from Product based companies / Start ups

- Consistent Academic record

Responsibilities:
- Lead design of major software components, systems, and features for Next. Gen Rule Engine & Risk Platform for the Digital Lending

- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.

- Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.

- Mentor and train other team members on design techniques, and coding standards.

- Help build a team and cultivate innovation.
