Job Description - QA Automation Engineer - RA

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java (or JavaScript)

Build and enhance automation frameworks for web applications

Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high -quality product delivery

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution

Ensure proper test management, reporting, and documentation

Continuously improve automation processes and frameworks for better efficiency and coverage

Adhere to best coding practices to create clean, scalable, and maintainable test scripts

Requirements

2 -3 years of experience in automation testing in a software product environment

Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver

Proficiency in Java (preferred) or JavaScript

Hands -on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks

Experience in Test Planning, Test Design & Scripting, Test Execution & Reporting

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies

Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross -functional teams

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical (Mandatory)
