QA / Automation Lead Engineer

Description

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Lead to drive automation initiatives across web, mobile, and API platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end automation testing efforts.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for:
  • Web Applications using Selenium and Playwright
  • iOS & Android Native Apps using Appium
  • API Automation Testing using Rest Assured, Postman
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Development teams to improve quality processes.
• Mentor automation engineers and enforce best practices.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and API automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/Python.
• Experience in automation framework design and test strategy.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Performance Testing (JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, etc.)
• Exposure to Security Testing concepts/tools

Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
