About the Role

We’re seeking a smart, solution-focused, detail-driven QA Engineer to join our growing QA team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our platform by supporting the design and execution of manual and automated testing processes in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Debug issues reported by clients on a daily basis.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with QA leads to design, write, and maintain test cases and test plans.

  
  


• 
  

  Execute manual testing for functional, regression, and integration scenarios.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure they are met.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in automation of test cases using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to test documentation and QA reporting.
  
  

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  2+ years of experience in a QA/testing role

  
  


• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  
  


• 
  

  Strong grasp of software testing fundamentals and familiarity with SDLC/STLC

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 

  
  


• 
  

  Basic knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to scripting or programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)

  
  


• 
  

  Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with automation frameworks/tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
