QA Engineer
Role Overview
Ensures quality across the underwriting and AI platform through structured manual testing.
Experience Profile
8–10 years of QA / test engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities
Define test strategy, cases and coverage from requirements and acceptance criteria.
Execute functional, integration, regression and API testing.
Validate AI / agent outputs and data flows where applicable.
Log, track and verify defects in JIRA and report quality metrics.
Required Skills
Manual testing; API testing (Postman / REST).
knowledge of Automation frameworks (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright).
Agile / JIRA workflow and basic SQL.
Excel & SQL
Strong on Requirements - Past Experience as BA
Preferred / Nice-to-have
Experience testing AI / LLM outputs.
Performance / load testing.
