QA Engineer (Manual)

The candidate should be strong at Manual Testing and need to have experience/strong knowledge on automation as well.

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases on thorough understanding of  requirements, specifications and technical design documents and execute the same. 
  

• Should be able to define test strategy and build scenarios
  

• Identify, record, document bugs in Jira 
  

• Perform thorough regression test to ensure no side effect on existing system due to bug fix or new feature  development 
  

• Should be able to work independently on the Scrum Team
  

• Engage with internal teams (e.g. product managers and developers) to identify system requirements and  Tech spec 
  

• Automate the functional Test Cases
  

• Stay up to date with new testing tools and best test practices
  

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Solid QA Experience (Manual, Automation)
  

• Solid knowledge of SDLC, Defect Life cycle  
  

• Deep knowledge of software QA methodologies, processes 
  

• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive Test cases 
  

• Hands on experience in functional Testing 
  

• Experience in Agile/scrum process 
  

• Experience on Java, selenium, BDD Framework, Database
  

• Experience in API Testing is a plus
  

• Experience in Jmeter is a plus
  

• Good team player and flexibility to work as per the organization needs
