QA Engineer - Manual & Automated Testing

The
QA Engineer will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI agents
through manual and automated testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

·           Design and execute test cases for AI agent functionality.

·           Develop and maintain automated test scripts.

·           Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
(UAT).

·           Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects.

·           Validate AI model outputs and agent behaviour.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8
  years of experience in QA
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Testing
  AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI applications.  
  
• QA automation
  using Selenimum, Playwright etc
  

• Playwright experience would be added
  advantage.
  
• Business Services/Domain Knowledge: Integration
  with various enterprise systems, managing large datasets, and data processing
  techniques.
  
• Auditing: Understanding of compliance
  and security auditing within enterprise systems.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·           Experience in manual and automated testing.

·           Knowledge of QA tools and frameworks (Playwright, Selenium,
Postman, etc.).

·           Understanding of AI/ML testing challenges.

·           Familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans is a plus.
