We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused QA Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across products, processes, and operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality gaps, ensure adherence to defined standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is well suited for professionals with 1–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance who have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products, processes, and deliverables meet defined quality standards.
• Develop and execute quality assurance procedures, checklists, and inspection processes.
• Identify defects, errors, inconsistencies, and process deviations and ensure timely corrective action.
• Monitor quality performance and maintain accurate records of quality checks, observations, and findings.
• Work with internal teams to investigate root causes of quality issues and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform periodic audits to assess compliance with established processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Track recurring quality issues and contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing errors and improving overall quality.
• Prepare quality reports and share insights, trends, and improvement recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that quality-related documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines are maintained and updated.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across relevant business processes.
• Collaborate with operations, product, engineering, customer support, and other teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Escalate critical quality issues promptly and follow them through to resolution.
• Ensure that agreed quality benchmarks and performance standards are consistently achieved.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–4 years in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Operations, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Practical experience working with quality processes, audits, checklists, and reporting.
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
