Proven experience in setting up and managing industry -standard QA processes.
Strong leadership and decision -making abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
Analytical problem -solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

Process Development: Define and implement QA processes and best practices to ensure consistent, high -quality deliverables.

Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and project needs.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Team Building: Recruit, train, and retain top QA talent to build a high -performing team.

Compliance and Audits: Ensure QA activities comply with industry standards and organizational policies; prepare for and lead process audits.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to align quality objectives and expectations.

Metrics and Reporting: Define, track, and report on key quality metrics, using insights to drive improvements.
