QA Manager / AM / Executives

Job Summary:

We are hiring for multiple positions in the Quality Assurance (QA) department across various levels. Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and strong knowledge of QMS, regulatory compliance, and documentation are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS)


• Handling of Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, OOS, OOT


• Preparation, review, and approval of SOPs, BMR, BPR, protocols, and reports


• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines (USFDA, WHO, MHRA, etc.)


• Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits


• Review of analytical and manufacturing documents


• Handling investigations and root cause analysis


• Coordination with cross-functional departments (Production, QC, etc.)


• Training and mentoring junior team members (for senior roles)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc (Chemistry or relevant field)


• Experience Range:

  • Executive / Sr. Executive: 3–10 years
  
  
  • Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager: 8–12 years
  
  
  • Manager: 10–20 years
  
  
  
  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical QA processes


• Experience in regulatory audits


• Good documentation and communication skills


• Exposure to regulated plants preferred

Preferred Candidates:

• Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods


• Experience in API / Pharma manufacturing industry
