Job Description - QA - Service Assurance

Analyze production defects, create test scenarios, and support root cause validation. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate system functionality and performance. Validate fixes, patches, and enhancements deployed to production, and timely resolution of service issues within SLA targets, accuracy and completeness of test cases and defect tracking. Develop, maintain, and conduct regression test, functional, and performance testing for production changes and updates for T24 Lending. Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders, track defects, and oversee closure. Support release readiness checks, environment validations, and smoke testing. Document test results, QA sign-off, and traceability matrices. Collaborate with BA and technical analysts for seamless defect resolution. Ensure testing standards, quality processes, and best practices are followed. 5-8 years of QA experience in banking, with 3+ years in Transact testing, production support with strong domain knowledge in SME/Corporate lending. Strong understanding of T24 Lending modules, workflows, and integrations. In-depth knowledge of multiple modules (including Arrangement Architecture AA) of Core Banking Transact. Experience in incident-based testing, regression validation, and change support. Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, ALM, and proficiency in testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman). Familiarity with Agile and ITIL processes. Strong analytical and communication skills
