QA Supervisor - General Merchandise

Position - QA Supervisor - General Merchandise

Location - Gurugram, India

• Oversee teams


• Ensure teams adherence to company and functional policies and SOPs


• Ensure consistence execution of improvement initiatives across teams to deliver improvement of customer satisfaction, substantial shrinkge cost avoidance and productivity improvement.


• Oversee supplier base quality performance management


• Ensure consistence excution of Preventive Quality Model across teams through all processes, provide guidance for teams to deliver right quality product with lowest prices by considering both product requirement and production control


• Provide guidance and support to teams to drive supplier or factory improvement in order to provide right quality product at lowest prices


• Interpret and understand Company Strategy.


• Lead the excution of divisional strategic and business improvement projects. (e.g. as leader of the workstreams)


• Execution/implmentation of workstream under GM level strategy, if necessary with leaders in other GM division


• Develop and continuously improve processes to drive results efficiently and effectively.


• Initiate, plan and lead excution of department level business improvement projects.


• Lead change management


• Develope high performing teams, recognise & reward high performance while manage underperforming team members.


• Effective recruitment and selection.


• Drive team member's career development and capability improvement.


• Faciliate culture changes and people practices to align to company core values


• Years of Experience required - 15-18 years
