QC Incharge

Job Title: QC Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and systems in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  

• Supervise and guide the QC team to ensure adherence to quality procedures and inspection protocols.
  

• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  

• Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation for management and regulatory purposes.
  

• Identify, analyse, and resolve quality issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  

• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Train and develop QC staff on updated quality standards, testing methods, and compliance requirements.
  

• Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other relevant quality management systems depending on the industry.
  

• Review and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control activities.
  

• Act as the primary point of contact for quality audits and external inspections.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred).
  

• 5+ years of proven experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in charge role.
  

• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and industry-specific standards.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  

• Proficiency in using QC equipment and testing instruments.
  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  

• Ability to prepare quality documentation and maintain accurate records.
  

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across departments.
  

• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office for reporting and analysis.
