QE Consultant

Talent Worx is looking for a Quality Education (QE) Consultant specializing in Enterprise Data Management (EDM) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of enterprise data across various platforms. You will work closely with clients to analyze their data management processes and implement best practices that promote data quality and governance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and quality assurance methodologies, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess existing data management processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and best practices for EDM.
• Collaborate with clients to define data quality metrics and reporting standards.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of enterprise data.
• Provide training and support to clients on data quality initiatives and tools.
• Continuously monitor and report on data quality performance and drive initiatives for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices in EDM.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
