Job Title: QE-Lead
Exp-10-15 years
Location: Bangalore
Key skills and expertise:
Define overall MS365 migration / post Migration automation test strategy and approach for migration (Domain, Networks, Entra ID Connect changes, Exchange, OneDrive, PowerApps, SharePoint, Teams). |
Review and approve test cases for functionality, performance, and security validation. |
Coordinate with Infra/Cloud teams to ensure test environments mirror production (DNS, authentication, network). |
Oversee execution cycles, prioritize testing areas (pilot vs. full migration). |
Review critical defects, assign priorities, and ensure closure with DevOps/migration team. |
Define UAT scope, identify business users, and coordinate sessions. |
Identify QA-related risks (data loss, downtime, access issues) and escalate to Program Lead. |
Provide daily/weekly QA status dashboards, defect trends, and quality metrics to PMO. |
Ensure test coverage includes compliance (GDPR, SOX others) and security aspects (MFA, DLP, retention policies). |
Drive lessons learned for migration QA best practices. |
Define automation framework for repetitive validation (PowerShell, Graph API, Python). Prioritize automation areas such as mailbox validation, license assignment, Teams/OneDrive access. |
