As a Qlikview BI Engineer - Manager- Analytics as services - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional support across various functions. Your expertise in project management, technology, and process optimization will be crucial in delivering high-quality services to clients.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
- Guiding delivery teams in optimizing processes and tools for improved efficiency
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve successful outcomes
- Developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes
- Overseeing service delivery excellence and maintaining performance standards
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize functionality
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business transformation
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Encouraging continuous improvement and innovation within managed services operations

What You Must Have
- Qlikview, Designing and Developing dashboards, Data Modelling, Coding exp, Team management
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
