As a Qlikview BI Engineer - Senior Associate - Analytics as services - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and leading delivery teams to achieve client objectives. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency
- Leading delivery teams in transitioning and running services, confirming seamless execution
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee program performance and delivery risk
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies to refine tools and services
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for process optimization
- Designing and developing automation frameworks to streamline business processes
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand and anticipate client needs and expectations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Facilitating business process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Collaborating with teams to deliver timely and quality service delivery solutions

What You Must Have

- Qlikview, Designing and Developing dashboards, Data Modelling, Coding exp.
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
