         *Company Law ROC Compliances & Related works

         *Preparing agendas,papers and follow -ups on appropriate actions for the board.

         *Corresponding,compiling data,creating reports and informing key stakeholders.

         *Handle various corporate secretarial duties.

          *Ensure compliance of the organization with all applicable laws.
