Following are the responsibilities of a Quality
Analyst:

1.      Call Audits

2.      Technical support background
(RingCentral Experience for Frontier)

3.      Understanding of  Data Center
and its components

4.      Timely feedback to employees

5.      Mentoring / counselling all employees
of the campaign to ensure process adherence

6.      Ability to identify process gaps and
make suggestions for process improvements.

7.      To maintain/create
daily/weekly/monthly MIS in MS Excel / Google sheet

8.      To handle differences of opinion logically.

9.      Responsible to keep the SOP up to
date

10.  Possess effective communication
skills with an eye for detail

11.  International BPO Voice Process
Experience

12.  7QC Tools knowledge
