Quality Analyst

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 300+ students who will do over $12 million in sales over the next 12 months. The Growth team builds tech that helps them do their business effectively and efficiently. 

Your job is to ensure that everything we build is of the highest quality. You’ll be working as part of a small but growing team that has an impact on tens of thousands of users.

The job is based out of our office in the city of Nizams and Biryani

Hours are Monday - Friday, 5:30pm - 3:30am IST, 8:00am - 6:00pm ESTresponsible for ensuring that there are no bugs on the site and maintaining the content of the site. Your work will directly impact the experience that our customers have and consequently the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

• Identify the implications of the tech that we build on various business functions


• Write and review test cases


• Manually test and find edge cases that break the functionality of the site


• Identify and prioritize bugs so that our devs know which bugs need to be fixed first


• Maintain the content of the site


• Ensure that the tech process is being followed and come up with new standards for the process

Requirements
