Quality Analyst

What We Expect from You

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA.
• Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide early feedback.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
• Perform regression, performance, and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support Agile processes.
• Analyse test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior QA team members.

What You Should Bring

• 4–8 years of experience in QA, with strong exposure to manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and software testing lifecycle.
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Java or Python (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (mandatory).
