Quality & Performance Specialist

Design and execute manual test cases, develop and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete, identify and report defects, and collaborate with other team members to ensure product quality. Manual Testing: Design and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements, identify defects, and track them to resolution. TestComplete Automation: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using TestComplete automation testing tool. Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, reports, and test plans. Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand product requirements and ensure quality. Defect Management: Identify, log, and track software defects, ensuring they are resolved efficiently. Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure application stability after changes. Compliance: Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices. Testing Experience: Experience in manual and automated testing, with a good understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. TestComplete Proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience with TestComplete, including scripting and automation techniques. Software Development Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycles, testing stages, and relevant software testing tools. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve software defects. Communication: Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various team members. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze test results, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. Tools and Technologies: TestComplete Bug Tracking Systems: ADO Scripting Languages: (VBScript, JavaScript, C# Script, depending on TestComplete configuration)
