Role Overview

We are seeking a detail -oriented QA Specialist to test our website and internal tools, ensuring a seamless experience for users and our internal team. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing on the StarClinch website and internal tools.
  

• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools.
  

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high -quality releases.
  

• Conduct regression testing to ensure stability post -updates and feature implementations.
  

• Develop test cases, test scripts, and documentation for efficient testing workflows.
  

• Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and potential product improvements.
  

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather insights for product enhancements.
  

Requirements

• 1 -3 years of experience in QA/testing for web applications.
  

• Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and regression testing.
  

• Experience using JIRA for reporting and tracking issues.
  

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey feedback effectively.
  

• Ability to work in a fast -paced startup environment and collaborate with cross -functional teams.
  

• Preferred: Interest in transitioning into a product management role in the future.
