Role Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products or services through rigorous testing and quality control processes. The QA Analyst / Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement testing strategies, and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality.
- Test Planning:
● Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications.
● Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
Testing Execution:
● Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression,performance, and user acceptance testing.
● Execute test cases and document results systematically.
● Identify, document, and track defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Automation:
● Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
● Implement and enhance automated testing frameworks.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. ● Participate in design and code reviews to provide quality perspectives.
Continuous Improvement:
● Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
● Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and Testing.
Qualifications
- Education:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field(or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
● Proven experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies,and test automation.
● Experience with testing tools and frameworks.
Technical Skills:
● Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
● Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
Analytical Skills:
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex systems.
Communication:
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability:
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
