Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products or services through rigorous testing and quality control processes. The QA Analyst/Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement testing strategies, and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Execute test cases and document results systematically.
- Identify, document, and track defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
- Implement and enhance automated testing frameworks.
- Work closely with development, product management, and othercross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide quality perspectives.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or
- equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and test automation.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
